Here's a big, complicated base that probably no one except myself will use!

I wanted to make a base of of this 'cause I was going to use it in a drawing, so might as well make a public base out of it, if I'm gonna put all that work into it. I tried to make it less complicated as possible, but man… that's a lot of machinery in there.

So yeah, the original image is from promotional art of the original Ghost in the Shell movie.
