What a gorgeous portrait!
I really love your use of blacks here, the way they show the heavy, flowing strands of the character's hair - and oh my gosh, that ear shading! And the eyes! Always gotta love the eyes in your portraits!
I, too, was going to ask about the fandom, but then I noticed your conversation with Joker. 
Something about the circlet/hairstyle is reminiscent of classic Tolkienistic elves, but the belt and the broad sleeves of the outfit have this eastern feel to them, kind of like Skyrim's Hammerfell garb... Sorry, j just watched a detective show.

Apparently he's a template character the owner uses for various games, that's why there's no direct fandom for him. EDIT: Though he just informed me the screen reference I worked from was from the Lord of the Rings Online game. So you were right about the Tolkienesque features!
