Another scene inspired by "Different Perspectives" and 75 Years. In the Sixth Hunger Games, the District 12 Female Tribute was an eighteen-year-old named Faith Dolman. In the "Different Perspectives" chapter of the same Games, Faith recounts how eleven Tributes from District 12 have so far died, and how her life went downhill the moment her boyfriend got Reaped in the Fourth, followed by his twin brother in the Fifth, before getting Reaped herself. This scene takes place a few months after the Fourth Hunger Games; Faith learns that the Capitol disrespected her boyfriend after his death, prompting her to chat with Lachlan Hennessey. Lachlan vows that if he is ever Reaped he will call out the Capitol for what they have done, which he does, and states at the end of his rant that the Capitol will pay for the deaths of not just his twin brother, but every single Tribute that died in the Games. In fact, I have a Headcanon that before Katniss allied with Rue, District 12 Tributes never allied with Tributes from the other Districts due to how one of their own was treated over an alliance. The grave on the right reads "Claire McNarama. Tribute in the Fourth Hunger Games". The title is inspired by Faith's line "Wherever you are, say hello to Robert, Erin, Linda, Gregory, Basil, June and Claire" in the chapter.
