Amazing. I also wanted to visit the fort Bastei.
But parking lot in the vicinity was full.. security guard told me something, but I did not understand, because I can not speak German and all around was "no stopping" road sign. I had no where to put the car..

Wow, tolles BIld! Ivh find den Himmel etwas zu dominierend, der Platz wirkt so leer im Vergleich zu der Detailfülle der restlichen drei Viertel. Aber toll gemalt, sehr simmungsvoll, man kann sich glatt drin verlieren. Hab das Gefühl, in jeder Ecke immer wieder was Neues zu entdecken. Die vielen Details müssen eine Heidenarbeit gewesen sein!

Really tasteful effect, and spectacular use of color and tonality. The fact that the sky and vegetation are both orange really highlights the amazing contrast within the scene. Meanwhile the stark desaturation of much of the stone makes it pop out in an unexpected way. Really nice image, and a great location too! I want to go there

Ungewöhnliche Farben. Ungewohnt, fast gewöhnungsbedürftig. [und nun genug auf dem Wort rumgekaut] Aber die Schärfe ist absolut genial, beim Licht und Standort / Blickwinkel gbt's überhaupt nix zu meckern Ja: Je länger ich schau, desto mehr gefällt's mir!
