Started as a speed paint, but then I kept adding crap, haha. Did half at lunch and half after work to help me unwind before I started my overtime. Took about two hours.This is my troll shaman. He's a wandering battlefield shaman who seeks out areas of recent conflict, looking for unsettled spirits... and does his best to lay them to rest for Samedi.
He was supposed to be inspecting some dirt, but my overlays make it look like gold, haha. Sure, why not.

When you do a speed paint do you just use one layer or multi layers?

I use tons of layers, haha... probably more than I really should. I try to keep it just to the sketch layer, shade layer, highlights, and three levels of color overlay for speed paints.
This one ended up with about 10 layers, thanks to the markings and secondary shadow colors.

I think that is smart, then when you have a mistake you erase on that layer and don't have to completely rework it. Very nice job though man
