So I hear Lydia's looking for a female suitor... so here's a pitch for one! or at least a friend

Nickname: Bee

Rank: Slave (Even though she tries everything in her power not to look like it)
Personality: Spoiled, pristine/neat, bold/blunt, determined, glamorous, childish, cowardly. Bee grew up in the lap of luxury for most of her life and finds it insulting that she's been degraded to a "housemaid" (as she prefers to put it). She typically speaks her mind in the presence of Lydia and her brother and is very insistent on making her clothing look more proper. She made her outfit after many sleepless nights and pricked fingers. It's made up of scraps of silk and part of the outfit given to her by slave drivers. She hates it and the inside looks like patchwork, but it'll do. She may be a tough cookie on the outside, but she lives most of her life in fear of being killed or worse as an example/as punishment for something she does wrong. So, despite being reluctant to do her "job", she does it well.

Bio*:
Beatrix grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth; she was born a noble on another island. She had a loving family made up of her mother, father and three older brothers. Two of the brothers went off to be warriors, while the youngest ended up becoming a criminal. He would often steal from the local marketplace and give them to his sister when he was close to being caught.
When Beatrix was ten, her brother's kleptomania worsened and he stole a beautiful vase from a temple the family visited. It wasn't soon before guards came to search the home. In desperation, he hid the vase in Beatrix's room under her blanket. Beatrix was effectively framed and due to what was stolen trialed harshly. She was put up for auction as a slave as brutal punishment.
After three years of traveling around, Bee came into Lydia's family's ownership when she was 13. She worked as a simple maid for three years before becoming a personal maid for the royal siblings. She and Lydia become somewhat unlikely friends.
Beatrix originally found herself thinking that she was jealous of the princess because of all her male suitors. She thought she felt like this because of her past status, but would find out quickly that it was because she was in love with Lydia. She says many passing flirty comments to her and often acts bitter to the men that spoil her. She knows the crush is far-fetched and prays for the day where she'll be free to live the life she once had again.

Eventually, Bee does confess! Although, it's mess and due to her being jealous of Althea.

Relationships:
Princess Lydia - Beatrix and Lydia are close friends, and Bee has a MASSIVE crush on Lydia. She's been pining after her/lowkey flirting for years. Bee and Lydia often talk and hang out by choice when Bee is able to. Bee is often jealous of her suitors and is quite protective of the girl when she can be.
Prince Kainan - Beatrix and Kainan have been friends since she became friends with his sister. She often teases him and jokes around with him. She already treats him like a brother in law.
Althea - Beatrix despises Althea when she first arrives. She finds her to be a threat and becomes jealous of all the time Lydia spends with her. She believed that she could be forgotten or tossed aside. She often makes rude comments towards her and treats her poorly.
After confessing to Lydia, she becomes more neutral towards Althea and is more willing to help her, since it'll lead to her freedom as well.
