I couldn't think of a full title my brain is pretty tired but I got a new Fc for an old anime fandom I liked and I'm kind of thinking about it again. She needs a name, I'll probably look later in bed or tomorrow. She is supposed to be like pastel goth but like a teen. like she probably shops at old school hot topic for cute stuff and striped stockings. these aren't her only pins there are many more.

Anyway, the person who designed her is doing headshots you should check them out if you like her. They got a lot of nice designs plus they do outfits for characters too if you need one.
