BIO:

A prodigy at the temple where he was raised, Tai and his fellow students were in the middle of training when a horde of Typos attacked. The entire temple fought their hardest and they managed to hold off the monsters for some time, but eventually they were overrun until only Tai himself was left barely alive. That’s when Prince Charming and Paul Bunyan arrived and saved him. Impressed by Tai’s resolve and willpower, the two brought him to G.R.I.M.M HQ, where his wounds were treated and he was offered the chance to defend others from suffering an equal fate. Tai agreed on just one condition, that he be allowed to lay his fellow warriors to rest. After the monks were all buried and funeral rites performed, Tai joined Grimm and soon became one of the Twelve Fables. He swears to honor the sacrifices his comrades made and continue to battle the Typos to his dying breath. And he has vowed to assist his fellow agents in growing stronger so that the enemy will never prevail. However, unable to bear his survivors guilt, Tai has taken to concealing his face beneath a cat mask, hence how he earned his Codename. He declares that on the day that the war against the Typos is won and humanity free from the demonic beasts, that will be the day he will be able to freely show his face without feeling shame. However, he does remove his mask from time to time, say for meals and bathing. Other than that, he feels he must wear it so as to hide the guilty face of a sole survivor.
