Test Group Blue: Animal Augmentation via Genetic Alterations
This Test Group will take research data from previous Test Groups and combine them alongside additional parameters. Genetic alterations of test subjects will allow for research into which genes taken from various animals would be beneficial to the human genome. We shall be testing for strength, reproductive capabilities, speed, endurance and viability.

Test Subject #6: Senior Geneticist Dr. Aria Shrike (Volunteer)
Genetic Alterations: Electric Eel Genome
Testing for: Electrical Abilities and Aquatic Adaptations

Initial Observations: After going through the gene therapy process, subject emerged largely unchanged except for a change in eye and hair color to blue. Scans show several new organs within her body that facilitate the build up and expulsion of electrical discharges.

Electrical Ability Observations: Subject is capable of manipulating electricity around her and can absorb electricity directly from active power sources. Subject has demonstrated that she can utilize powerful electrical discharges as an offense weapon. Subject seems drawn to large sources of electrical energy, further study is required to understand this pull.

Aquatic Adaptations: Despite using the genome of a fish, subject has no adaptations that would be useful in an aquatic environment. Subject has appears to short circuit when submerged in water rendering her unconscious, this effect is violent when she is submerged in salt water.

Psychological Analysis: Dr. Shrike appears happy with the result despite not gaining the desired aquatic adaptations, however her demeanor has had a slight change where she seems more distant and cold. The previous noted draw to sources of electrical energy appears to be a result of the biological battery within her body, the compulsion becomes weaker when her battery fills with energy.

Incident Report
Dr. Shrike was spotted on security cameras heading towards the facility's fusion reactor and was seen attacking staff with her electrical discharges as she made her way there. Five security teams were dispatched and security grids were activated to stop Shrike's advance, security grids failed to stop her and the security teams were wiped out. Facility suffered a power failure and Dr. Shrike has been declared MIA. Shortly after this incident, a supervillain by the name of Powerplay appeared in a nearby city with identical powers and appearance to Dr. Shrike.
