the.... *hack* the background! *cough* it's comiiing for youuuuu...... *faint*doesn't look like it, but the background was pure evil to draw. at first, the grass was green and the tree was brown, but then i remembered that it was supposed to be the middle of the night... so... i had to figure out how to color it to look like the middle of the night. which i think went pretty successfully, considering it was sort of a whim-based coloring job.
it's just your stereotypical goth couple... in a stereotypical goth hangout. concept though up in a state of severe artist's block.
colored with mostly colored pencils, and some copic markers (blackest black places and background).
oh, yeah, they have black roses, too. yay, black roses.
edit: crap, the scanner killed the awesome tree T__T
