Well it's a bit nerdy but in my mind; if you notice everyone who has cards except for the really short guy just has joker cards. Where as he has a Joker and a King card, so Joker King.
I like to imagine Joker is a squad and that's their identifying insignia, and because he is the Team Leader he's Joker King.
