This is very beautiful, and I would love to see it done as a car! Maybe not a Miata - it doesn't really look like one - but perhaps something new entirely! I can see minor similarities to the Taiki concept.

sick design looks a lot like the design direction most recent mazda concepts are going, I wouldnt say it looks like an mx5 tho is it a decision between calling it Mx5 or Miata. Awesome design tho
