For lack of a better title... I thought of calling it "Shading practice: Bouip" or "Well Shaded Bouip Headshot".I just drew a plain sketch of her head, then shaded and cleaned it up.
I apologize for the lack of large, gooey boobies... Not where I was headed in this one.
