It IS an awesome manga! It has such a gentle atmosphere to it.

Yeah, I don't know why I considered retiring. I was probably just tired of art by that point. I invest so much time into it there are times when I just want to relax, but I can't because I need to spend time on art or else it'll weigh on my mind too much. I guess by that point, since digital art also qualified as drawing, I just ended up meshing the two together and decided to drop it entirely.
It's okay, I spent my whole life dedicating practically all my time to art. Even though I aspire to go into the arts, I don't think I'd actually drop it that easily. Thanks for your concern!

i'm glad you won't retire, it really must be difficult being in a world where you can see all the different tyes of art. But just give it your all! in the end what will be will be, and you will probably be the happiest that way ^-*
On a side note, it really has a gentle atmosphere that manga. Dunno, but it feels as if everything will be all right with time, doesn't it? Even with all those problems while growing up, and misadventures with the youkai you end up having friends...t.t have you heard of the "Natsume's book of friends = Natsume's book of feels"? Somehow it is true, and yet, it's one of the most enjoyable manga out there

Yeah, Natsume Yuujinchou is really a whole book of feels =w=
it's so warm and gentle. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for manga to read.
