nice, i think you can add some more highlights in the eyes and hair to add some shinyness

Hair is something that has always given me trouble. Some of my last attempts have turned out okay, but this was a completely different style that highlighted my weakness by using the 'you have a hammer and every problem is a nail' approach.
For both cases for hair and eyes, I can always search for some tutorials around here and do some research on how they would come up better.
