Sherlock gets bored when he has no festering deaths to play with, so obviously he plays bored games...geddit? Bored games? Geddit??? .....shuddup. ¬_¬
Once again this comic is based on the new BBC series of Sherlock. GOWATCH.
I hated mousetrap as a kid, for I never managed to get any cheese. The cheese is they key. Not to mention the fact that no one EVER got around to playing the actual game. All you'd do is set up the trap and get it to catch mice for hours. No one actually plays it.
Anyway, got this idea after thinking about what it'd be like to play Sherlocky at chess. I imagine he would hate Mousetrap because the outcome of each game is heavily influenced by random chance. NO LOGICKS YO.
Hope you're enjoying the Sherlock comics, cause moar are coming your way. Once again sorry for the shite quality, but my job takes up all of my neatening up times.

As hilarious as this comic is on its own merits (and it made tears come out of my eyes, okay), I think the funniest thing about it was how it sort of foreshadows Sherlock and Mycroft playing Operation in the third series
I loved Mouse Trap as a kid, but you're right, I barely remember playing it--I'd just set it up and trip it over and over. (Also I named that little metal ball in the bucket "Barbie" for some reason--I think my logic was that she needed a kick in the pants, but heck if I know why )

Mouse Trap was my favorite game when I was younger. Except the the little cage part that was supposed to fall. It hardly ever fell.
I can absolutely see Sherlock getting frustrated with this game.

Not in this version, probably because John would kill him if he did. Look at the way he is with Sherlock and his cigarettes. Besides, Sherlock shooting at the wall when he's bored is far funnier than doing drugs.

I had that game as a kid too! But at the time I had no idea you could play an actual game with rules and stuff other than what I did which was just set up the trap and catch the mice! Gooood times!
