Hi! Just saw your comment there. My Wacom Cintiq crapped out a few weeks ago, and it turned out there was a problem with my operation system. Wacom released the new driver and it works okay now. Worth checking it out?

My companion 2 is cant turn on even when pluged the charging cable in. Dont know is there any problem with the operation system but 1,2 days ago it worked just fine.
Maybe(hope) the proplem is the charging cable T_T

I asked my friend and he said the same thing happened to him. Apparently there is a problem with the charger cable or something that prevents from the battery from charging/holding charge. He said he had to send it back to Wacom for repair. Did you buy directly from Wacom? I bought mine from a store that specifically sells Wacom product in my city, so when mine had a problem, I phoned them and they contacted Wacom for me, which sped the process up. I think Wacom gives you 3 year warranty???
