There was a kermesse going on at the school, and everyone was having a great time. There was music, lots of delicious food, and plenty of games. Inuyasha was walking with Kikyo, and behind them were Kagome, Sango and Miroku. At one point, these three grabbed Inuyasha and Kikyo and quickly took them to a special post. First they sat Inuyasha in a chair, and a few minutes later they sat Kikyo, only the girls had put some sort of veil on her head. Confused, Inuyasha looked up, where the name of the booth read.

"Civil registration"

-W-WHAT THE F...?

-By the power vested in me by the school kermesse, I will today unite this couple in (pretend) marriage -said a girl in front of them, letting out a giggle as she said the last words.

Inuyasha looked at his friends, who were having the time of their lives, especially that fucker Sango. "Motherfuckers," he thought. Then he looked at Kikyo. She was also a bit surprised by the situation, but after a second she flashed him a smile, and then started laughing too. She looked so cute...

-And tell me, boy, do you take this girl to be your wife? -said the girl in front of them as she put a pen next to the "marriage certificate".

-...i do -he muttered, but everyone listened, especially Kikyo. He immediately took the pen and signed the paper.

-Do you, girl, take him to be your husband?

-I do -Kikyo took the pen and signed the sheet. She was still smiling sweetly.

-Well, if no one objects, I now pronounce you man and wife until the kermesse is over!

His friends began to shout happily and laughed. Kikyo did too, and Inuyasha couldn't with his heart. Even if it was pretend, Kikyo had agreed to marry him, and all he could think was "I wish the Kermes would last forever."
