yeah i saw they're hellah creepy. 

Also I made a prototype helmet out of cardboard.. looks horrible and my hands in pain cause cardboard is bs. XD

dude, i fucked up.. i spent $11 dollar on foam and wasted it all... i fucked on the chest vest since i dont have a dummy my size or, know how to make a vest from foam, and had to throw my red foam to the side to use it for other things and now i gotta re-buy more i might just quit man.. least i got the belt done.. only thing that looks decent i guess..

The vest part yeah I never made a vest out of foam as well so not sure how I can help with that.
I screwed up my First Ironman helmet and the shoulder pieces of my halo suit I made both of those way to small.

There tutorials all over the internet and I also recomend going to forums and facebook cosplay groups 
those places are filled with people who are eager to help other cosplayers. There you might get even tips I maybe never would have tought off.

That's ingenious. Most kigurumi masks and especially high grade ones tend to be made out of heavier and more noxious fiberglass it seams. Love that you are using foam instead.

Thank you. I didnt know how to make a base as well so I took a big balloon wrapped it in microwave foil put tape over that and drawed out an patern onto the tape
cut out the patern and traced over the foam and made this with it. it aint perfect but it looks good to me

I like the imperfections. It will give your Kigurumi character a more real life and creepy look to it.

Too funny. Kigurumi has a reputation for being creepy by default, nevermind doing a creepy character like you are doing.
