In an alternate universe, a group of women accidentally got affected by a love potion. Because it was (kind of) Redblur's fault, the Watcher tasks him to be in charge of those females until the potion effects wear off. Redblur took them all to an apartment complex in a different world until they all felt better. Sometime later Redblur went to check on Ribbon to see how she was feeling. Ribbon said she was fine but she told him that she had a secret to tell him. However...Ribbon is owned by HAL Laboratory
