My entry for the 11 second club for December 2014 - I'm going to get back into the habit, and do each month if I can
Its my only kind of resolution.I've been making a Zaheer cosplay for Ichibancon, which has come and gone, and I went there as Zaheer for a day, had a ball... I was there as Major Armstrong on Friday, Zaheer, on saturday and normal thursday and sunday...
Met Vic Mignogna (Edward Elric), Eric Vale (Kimblee) and Phil Lamar (Everything ever) and it was just so much fun... I'm waiting for the post con blues to set in. And on the same note... I'm so god damned exhausted I could sleep for a day.

I was just watching while listening to Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire", and I couldn't help but keep hitting the repeat button for this animation, throughout the whole song, while thinking, oh my gosh this is fantastic!

Wow, this is very cool, man! my two favorite parts are her hair being active at around 4-5 seconds, and then the embrace when they both became some type of fused, nice energy, and nice work overall, keep it up!

You always do good work, but I think you also have interesting stories and that, I feel, is the crucial element to a successful animation (especially with the 11 second club).

Nice use of the dialog! I haven't got into voting yet, there's something wrong with how my browser works with their playback engine. All your sketches have a ton of motion and energy in them, I'd love to see some more refined work that harnesses that energy--I think refinement is the hardest part of the 11 second club challenges, since the timeline is so brief.

I've gotta figure out a nicer system to clean the images, it really is a matter of completely reanimating over the roughs, but that is difficult, so that must mean cleaner roughs, so that the cleanup is that much easier...
It is the hard part of any animation I'd say, the timeline allows for it though, I think... its just having your process down in such a way that allows it without it being disheartening.

Or maybe fewer frames on the sketch pass so you don't spend as much time on the sketch pass and have more time for a more polished/detail pass.
