I had an urge to build a motor cycle again but kept on thinking about this tracked vehicle I first started around 2009. Having always had a thing for old springer forks I thought I would slap a pair on the front and see how it looked. At the same time I had been looking at bikes from films like Mad Max and was thinking of a sort of rat bike/post appocolypse vibe - I was going to call it Desert Rat. Anyway, I found out that there is a new Long Earth book available which is a series I think is great and I got to thinking about the wandering female character, Sally Lindsey, in that series. This is not her but a similar character and like most of the stuff I do it just sort of developed and so the title didn't work for me anymore.

I have never done as much UV mapping and texturing on any model as I have this one. There are 3 seperate UV maps - Tracks, Engine and chassis and I hated doing every one because I simply hate creating UV's...... lets do that again, I simply HATE having to create UV's! This is just so cool and the creator needs a pat on the back for making such a great resource available especially as it is a fine peice of art in its own right.
