I have a plot a little strong for MD4:
A kingdom where there is a feud between the Ice and Dragon Pkmn.
Then you discover that everything is orchestrated by Fairies, who want to have total hegemony on Types, and use the Ice as a pawn in their paws, to expose themselves less in person.
The Fairies aim to eliminate the Dragon, because they are the less weak and most feared and respected Pkmn ever.
They are mounted, immune to their attacks, then they think, if snuffing out the Dragon, they will be on top of the Elemental Pyramid.
The bosses? Two, husband and wife, Sylveon and Aromatisse.
XD I'm crazy. I'm afraid I might become too Pegi 12.

ooh, that sounds interesting! I actually have my own little story that I came up with for a roleplay with a friend. c: It involves this Fennekin.
Novie was a stubborn, aggresive girl who loved fights and action, but always left out some time for a friend of hers who was always with a doctor due to an illness. The two were both very large fans of pokemon, and would often play the card game, and battle each other on their gaming devices. One day, her friend had moved far up north, and when Novie turned 14, she finally decided to go and visit her friend for a while. However, the prideful girl had been too excited about visiting her friend, that she forgot some supplies to keep herself warm in the harsh tundra. It was only a few days later that Novie got lost in the snowy wasteland and died from the cold. Little did Novie know, a letter was sent as soon as she left that her friend had passed away.
Before she died, however, she was seen by Xerneas, who decided to give her one more chance at living in the pokemon world. She was brought back to life by the legendary pokemon as a Fennekin, but she had no memories, other than the fact that she had once been human, and there was someone really important to her that she wanted to see. (her friend)
However, little does she know, her friend was also given a chance at living at his time of death, and was brought back to life as Fletchling, and later became Novie's partner.He also has no memories before coming back to life.
In the Pokemon world, the two are later hunted down by Yveltal, since they are already 'dead', and Xerneas broke the rules of the circle of life.
Yveltal intends on killing them for good, but Xerneas wants them to live.
This causes a large battle between them, which puts the land in great danger.
And then stuff happens. xD
That's all I've really got for it so far.
