What you don't like or think is not good might be perfect to someone else's eyes because of the uniqueness of the style whose very mistakes and aesthetics are unique too,is what I'm gonna write you here.i can still see a charming character with a beautiful malevolence on the air and fabulous hair with a great colour too, getting mad for real.the facial expression and the hair rocks.
Check my art.sometimes I don't feel satisfied as well. Tell me what you think.did you get me now?

I know that feeling where you put a long time of effort into a work only for it to not turn out the best.   This has happened to me too many times that I abandon a couple of drawing before I even finish it.
I gotta say the the drawing looks pretty cool.  I like the stinger, the cool outfit, and the hair blowing in the wind.  You can improve your coloring techniche by practicing shading, which can be done by drawing objects in real life and shading them based on what you see.  That can help you get a better idea of where the light would be to improve the drawing.  Similarly, to practice your colors, take a photo of outside and try to repaint it either on the computer without using the turkey baster/color picker(so that you have to experiment and pick the colors from the color wheel yourself as you try to copy the picture) or with paint/watercolors so you can learn what colors go well and how they work.  I'm planning to do this in the future, but hopefully these methods can help make your picture more epic the next time you do something like this.

Sorry for the super long wait! I meant to reply sooner, but we've been building a deck and moving a bunch of stuff around the house, so I've been a bit preoccupied

I like the way you did the eyes and hair! The fangs are nicely drawn too. My constructive criticism would be to pick a more clearly defined light source...the light's sort of scattered everywhere, which makes the pic a bit disorganized looking.
