Jesus. It's taken me way too long to submit something out here. x_x; I apologize for the time.Toying around with lines in this one. I'm kinda proud of the way it turned out. The line coloring was actually a CHALLENGE to me. >__< I'd say it's cut my drawing/coloring time from an hour to roughly...three. lol

I've always been tempted by the colored line technique. It always looks so spiff... I just can't get it to work too hot with my style yet. I'll have to play around with it a bit more...

Takes a lot of patience, that's for sure. I may not do it every time. @.@ But it is enjoyable and therapeutic at times.
The thinner the lines, the better with the technique, though. Thick lines make colored lines look sloppy if they're not straight on.

Vectors? I don't really use vector art at all. It's all just my own work with a pen, scanned, and then tinkered with the mouse and eraser on Photoshop. I guess I've perfected my mouse skills over time. XD
I wish I had a wacom tablet, tho. >.>

I bet if I learned vectors it would probably make my work easier and take the time back down from 3 hours to 1. ...hrm...

I'm only now learning it myself, actually...I've tried a couple times before, but didn't get quite as far as I am this time. Doing it in Inkscape since it was free. It's still kinda time consuming but in a different way, and sometimes it looks a little unnatural depending on how you do it.. *shrug* But it can be good in some ways..

I've seen people pull of vector art and it looks pretty good.
