A year ago I started a wonderful relationship with and for our 1 year anniversary, I made this bust of Lum from Urusei Yatsura. It is the largest and most complex piece I've done so far and took about 6 hours to complete over 3 days, but it was time well spent.I tried something different with this one. I ironed only one side and left the other side un-melted then I glued the melted side to some foam board. There were some small complications but the end result came out far better than I ever anticipated. I'm going to use this technique to my larger pieces in the future.
