Ok, my dad saw something like this on a bumber sticker and this is just my version. So, the three main monotheist religions are represented here ((Islam is the "C", Judaism is the "X", and Christianity is the "T")) If you can't see it, it spells coexist. May be made into a shirt and sold as a fundraiser for my sinagogue which is like THE only synagogue in Vancouer that works together with a muslim group on a regular basis. Ha, HA, HA! COEXIST? Read a history book, RELIGIONS NEVER GO EXIST. because we think the things we grew up with are better. Just like saying "MY COUNTRY IS BETTER THEN YOURS BECAUSE I LIVE IN IT" Globalisation is a great idea, like communism, it cannot work for humans DONT LIKE learning another WAY of thinking, WE DONT LIKE CHANGE.

True, we don't like change. Β And also true, there are more than enough examples of situations where religions can't coexist for whatever reason, be it the way the people were brought up or old ideals that for some reason stick, but that doesn't mean they never will coexist.Β Hell, I don't even practice judaism that much these days, it's a culture thing vs a religion thing for me. Β I identify as an atheist when it comes to religion.
However, I made this when I was 14, and while it was a more naive part of my life, I stand by the comments I've made to other responses to this image. Β Example:
"I'm the only jew in my group of friends, which includes 2 muslims, 1 orthodox catholic and a bunch of in-betweens, and parents have different religions. That and I've never dated someone of the same religion as me.Β I get along with all these people just fine"
And yes, our Muslim/Jewish Feed the Hungry coexisted perfectly and worked together towards helping others. Β We did often speak about religion, but it was never "Ours is better than yours" it was "These points are what we believe, and what you believe is just as valid and beautiful."

I'm sick of right-wing extremists saying "CHRISTIANITY IS THE ONLY RELIGION THAT SHOULD EXIST." And left-wing extremists saying "ALL RELIGIONS CAUSE WARS AND THEY ARE ALL LIES."

They grow up with people who are all exactly like them. They don't live in diverse areas. I'm not asking them to like every religion, just tolerate them. I'm very opposed to Scientology, but I'm not going to carry around a sign saying: "Death to all Scientologists!" I'm just sick of people saying stuff like "Religions cause wars!" and "Christians are homophobes!" I don't hate gay people, I just disagree with gay marriage.

I'm glad your church is working with the Muslim church. I really am. Having a Muslim father, a Christian mother, and a friend who is Jewish, I'm glad to see that finally, as a human race, we're reuniting. So, brava to you!

cute! it works pretty entirely save the star of david is ... not quite an x, but whatever. If you wanted to perfect it into a shirt I might want to sujest finding symbols of a bit more similar of a style, or colour scheme. Like, the peace sign works fine but the star of david's got a bit too much white inside and the cross is in complete grayscale, so to mkae a more complete image you might want to find some more flat colour versions or something. The moon and star (because I suck too much to remember the name) fits quite well though. I'd sujest finding equally detailed images too, though of course the amount they differ may well have been your point, but for the shirt, hunt down more rudimentary images me thinks. As usual, only my opinion, so if you feel like see what you can get out of it, but it is of no consequence. oh, and one last thing, if your making something to sell, you'll want to be drawing the images yourself, easy to do in photoshop, especially if you trace the original pictures from google over with line tools, its doubtful anyone will try to sue you, but hey, staying legal is fun. Not my kind of fun, but hey.
