This is on quite a few signs around my town, usually with a gang tag underneath, SUR, X111, Loma, etc.
Here it isn't unique or funny anymore. It's vandalism.

Yeah, I don't like vandalism... Most if not all of it is pretty horrible.
But there are those few signs here and there, that ARE unique, there is a sign coming out of some town, and it was warning about rocks. So had 'Rocks' written across it. so someone wrote 'Love' above it..so it said 'love rocks' So stuff like that is pretty cool, and not harmful, but other vandalism's like where they use explicit language, or just do pointless things.. are... well, pretty pointless. And just bad.
