New reference for Fashtel!
I love her new outfit since at last the colors and the elements work together; it might change a little later but this is the first time I ever feel my character is complete TvT. Also, IT'S NOT A DRESS OR SKIRT THANK GOD.
Yes, she still generates electricity but it is pretty weak and would be useless in combat.
(White pupils are a stylistic choice, not character design). Both Fashtel and Skyward are over 18.

I tend to review a lot of fan characters out of curiosity for the typical trends I'll often see in them. I also helps me see what else is out there as common mistakes or examples of "what not to do".
That being said, as both an artist and designer, I'm really impressed with Fashtel. I can glean a lot about her as a character from her clothing and she's very stylish. She's also pretty recognizable on her own while also fitting in well with the main cast and the tone of the Sonic series.
Beautiful job. I'd love to see more of her!

I love this asdjsgdgfkl! Fashtel's new outfit looks great! ;;u;; It's stylish and more grown-up-looking, I guess you'd say? Like it has a bit of a professional look to it, almost like an office-worker. Not sure how to describe it. xD; I noticed that vibe about her previous design, too. But here it's more stylish and fashionable, but also really cute. ;u; I love the touch of the red ribbon; I think that's what really pulls the whole outfit together nicely. 
I really like this design a lot. She looks very original now, and stands out as more unique. ;u; It's inspiring, hnnnng. And I already really like Skyward, too. You are good at character designs. TvT
Also, the artwork itself looks really nice! The coloring looks good and the pose has a really good flow to it! It's very nice! Lovely work as always! You did a great job!

I was very happy when I read your comment. One is pretty unsure when redesigning an old character since one does not know how people will react, so you approving it gave me a boost of confidence on my work

Yes, this is her new fur color! I found the other one hard to color in different environments, so this one should be nobler.
