There are elements of this I like.
- The ice toe claws are so cool looking it is a shame more people don't use it.
- The shape for the face and integration of the ice into the beek / skull is uniquely iconic. I have not seen that done before.
- The yellow and black neck and upper chest part are really bold and flow well into the head while standing out.
- The use of the yellow to accent the bottom of the wings was a smart tie into the chest: Same for the black in the white of the lower body.
I feel other parts of it do need some improving.
- The ice on the knees feels unnecessary and like they are clogging up the design preventing fluid movement. The ice points on the flippers already contrasts the chest piece and is enough of a tie in.
- The tail feels like too clunky being made of ice. Maybe make it have ice feathers or tips? Or even make the tail a color mixture of the white and yellow.
- The flippers look too wonky and anatomically incorrect. The griffin 6 limb thing is cool but the placement is off somehow and the ice flipper tips are not flattering event though the design style is leaning towards rugged feather patterns.
Concept suggestions
- The flipper and wing idea for a single bird is a griffin evolution. I think maybe tying them into function would be really cool. Like when it is swimming it uses it's flippers and tucks in it's wings and when gliding it uses it's wings and tucks it's flippers. In that case making them both look strong enough to do each task alone is something that needs to be done (Those wings probably could not hold up that whole body for long).
- I think this Pokemon would benefit from a slight leg augmentation. I like the penguin leg style but see if you can suggest / increase the length of the metatarsus'. I think that would really pump up the profile.
- The purpose of the pokemon does not feel worthy of the design maybe work harding on the background concept of the whole pokemons need to exist or function in existing. It is worth it in my eyes. Keep up the good work.

Nah, it's Glaviauk, but I misspelled it in the pokedex entry '^^ Fire is still super effective, because the ice could still melt.
