Quite frankly, I did not really enjoy these kind of hypnosis requests, especially with Kaa. I'm just not part of this kind of group. I do not wish to put my hypnosis art out everywhere, so I removed it from the groups it was in.

Cindy would totally be able to beat up Kaa. After all, she's taken down all sorts of aliens before. I don't think a talking snake will be too hard for her, even if that snake has hypnosis.
