I LOVE Mim and the Sword in the Stone~This so happens to be my mom's favorite Villain as well, so I just had to cosplay her ^^
This is the first run of this cosplay. I need to shorten the skirt a bit, make the bloomers, and either make a hoopskirt or petticoat to poof the skirt more.

I was thinking about doing that. I'm doing mim for comicon this year and having a hard time with all of it. Lol did you make the skirt too? I was thinking about doing a circle skirt but not sure about the material. I'm fun AZ and it's going to be hot as crap during comicon...

I spent a long time finding the perfect shirts at thrift stores, but if you found a basic pattern for a long sleeved shirt, you could use a stretch cotton.
I used a poodle skirt pattern and used felt. Because the stiffness of the fabric, it should stay away from your body for the most part, so it would not add more heat.

This is amazing! I've been contemplating cosplaying Mim for so long and you've inspired me to finally do it for C2e2. Can I ask what kind of fabric you used for the skirt? The stiffness is great! Wonderful job!
