This was a commission from our handbell choir as a parting gift for our director. We just had our final performance for the year and he's moving out-of-state to finish up his schooling, so naturally we sent this little guy along with him.

This dragon was made using standard oven-bake Sculpey and Fimo clay, with yellow beads for the eyes and puff-paint for the back ridges. The bell was found and bought at Goodwill.

The handbell as a whole stands 5 inches tall, though the dragon's upper horn comes in at approximately 1 1/4 inches off the ground.
