It does seem to cost some concentration I think.
You can think about eating or driving a Car. They make Weapons or Teleport themself. But two things at once is probably kinda~ ...

Hmm it could be, makes sense. Then again they are these divine creatures so they could probably do it. But yeah, probably not the smartest move when facing so much enemies, arrows everywhere, you wouldn't wanna pop up right where an arrow is.

I won't speak on the Diabolics' intentions here, we'll get to know them better in Volume 2.
But about their specificity, you may find this interesting.
Diabolics have the ability to clone themselves and to create beings, as mentioned in this article about them: apcomic.com/about/?p=76
The creatures they form are powered by the individual who created them, same for the clones. So Angels like Eva go and target those individuals specifically in the hopes that they had a bunch of clones and creatures attached to them in order to clean up the field.
If they can't get to those guys (sometimes they're well protected or very battle-ready, it's happened to them a bunch of times), Angels use Seraphon powers to wipe them all out. That will destroy a whole army of them at once, but they still won't die from it, just be moved back to their birth land and clones will have to be created again.
The other Angel was supposed to pick the target up with Teleportation but didn't, maybe wasn't paying attention, maybe he was afraid to take an arrow. Unlike the Diabolics who can regenerate, Angels can die from being struck with an arrow like those.

I find it funny how the Diabolics are not that dangerous alone but Groupmechanisms turn them into Beasts.

Actually, THAT's "the thing" in Angel's Power -> nobody really knows "if" the Diabolic's are truly bad, or not.
They are shrouded in Mystery. Nobody knows if their " being demonic/diabolic " is harmful to the World around them or not.
Eva stirred People up against them a bunch of Pages before, saying their Presence brings Famine and Stuff,
but this was claimed above normal People in the actual Realword's Past, too. Keyword "Witches", Medival Age.
