  An ambiguous study heavily dependent on the character of the observer. This could be a potentially dark moment. By placing the observer in a position of dominance you have given the person looking at the model a choice of interpretation. Take into account the angle of her body. neither inviting or dismissive. The position of her head is neither inviting or dismissive, but her upturned eyes suggest fear, her mouth gives no indication of her state of mind at this point, and her shoulder  position, again, offers nothing to suggest a signal of invitation, more of a barrier. For me this study offers the suggestion of potential menace, hence, the feeling of ambiguity. It sends signals that fly in the face of my natural character, that's art.
