Description
I don't think all of my wolves will get sheets, so don't get too excited. But Alex is kind of my baby so... she gets a doodle sheet, why not? I felt like drawing her so I did. x3
So the TL;DR version of this is yes, another tall blonde masc woman to add to my collection.
For the rambling version, feel free to read on.

Full name Alexus Shilah McQuinney, Alex is a werewolf in a storyverse that I’ve been calling Ball In The House, which is mostly based on the Twilight universe and stories but takes place on the East Coast, mostly in New York City, though there is a Maine based off-shoot. Anyway, Alex here lives in Brooklyn in a warehouse with no running water, just a bucket, a couch and her precious cars- two Ford Mustangs: a black Mach 1 from 1967 and a white Mach 1 from 2022. She is pretty much broke most of the time, she has no job and just does food delivery and Door Dash to the various five boroughs. But all of her money goes toward maintaining her cars and paying for gas so, she looks (and smells) like a bit of a bum.She spends her day in her white car Genesis, often sleeping in it, storing what few belongings she has in it, and doing the most of her activities with that car. But the black Mustang, Maugrim, gets to come out at night.
An illegal street racer, Alex keeps her identity hidden at night to avoid punishment from the police. She takes on the identity Alioth, wearing a leather dog mask to obscure her identity and choosing not to speak as Alioth so that her deep voice does not give her away. She is an incredible driver, able to drift around corners, shift gears based on the way the car feels in her hands, identify cars and bikes just by the sound of the engine rev, she is an absolute legend on the street.
Well, I should say “he” and not “she” when referring to Alioth. Alex was born with a genetic deformity called Triple X Syndrome, meaning that instead of having only two X chromosomes like a normal female, she has three. Because of this, her body produces a lot more androgens than a normal woman would and has caused her to develop an abnormally masculine biology and appearance. For example, she is tall, standing at about 6 ft 4 in. and has ridiculously small breasts, a more defined muscle structure, a deeper voice than any woman ought to have, and her reproductive organs are malformed and weird. She has no uterus and only one fully functional ovary, so technically she is classified as ‘Intersex’ and is not completely female in terms of physical sexual characteristics. This also means she cannot carry children, but could still conceive with medical assistance and a surrogate or something. Anyway, the point is that she is extremely masculine from a genetic level so, to further obscure her identity, she perpetuates the idea that Alioth is male, partially because men are more well respected in the world of gearheads, but also again just to keep people from catching on. Though she probably could find a way to speak as Alioth because her voice is deep as the ocean, she has a pretty thick Texan accent so she opts to say nothing when using her alter ego, instead only making dog noises if she makes any noise at all.
She has a buddy named Walter whose life she saved a few years before their story starts. He speaks for Alioth and acts as the navigator when they are racing, calling out directions and pointing out shortcuts from the Mustang’s passenger seat. He knows that Alioth is only an alter ego and knows Alex just as well as the street racer, but he is a vampire so usually she is in her Alioth headspace when with him. He acts as Alioth’s handler, having access to a leash and muzzle that he can yank him around with, really playing up the idea that he is the hellhound’s master and that he is in control. He’s not really, but it’s a fun game to play. When she’s Alex, he’s usually the submissive one so it’s fun to turn the tables and yes, they are both aware of the bondage culture that goes with puppy play, masks and muzzles and such. It absolutely leaks over into the bedroom once that comes up.
Walter is initially the King of the Friend Zone. Alex considers him her best friend and is absolutely clueless when it comes to anyone’s emotions, her own included, so she does not realize that he is madly in love with her until she loses control one night and almost kills him. In this universe, vampires are sensitive to the venom of a werewolf’s bite; it makes them loopy and drunk while slowly poisoning them to true death. Normally, Alex’s wolf half does not attack Walter, she knows him too well and her instincts and memories of him being kind and supportive bleed over even to her most primal parts. But she gets worked up over a particular thing, her wolf bites him on accident and in his drunken, dying stupor, he really lays it on thick how much he loves her and how he hates being ignored by her and how he’d rather die than have to live without her anymore and so on. Alex has literally one brain cell (Triple X Syndrome causes a lot of developmental delays in children and she did not grow up with any kind of established school system so she’s particularly dumb and it’s adorable) so she does not notice her feelings for Walter until this point. But luckily, she is able to save him and they become a couple for a while.
So it depends on where you are in their timeline as to whether or not Walter is boyfriend material. Well that’s not true, he’s boyfriend material from the jump. She saved his life so he owes her everything and is therefore a loving, affectionate, doting and protective best friend who works tirelessly all day to buy her things like food and clothes, to keep the lights on at her warehouse, to be the voice of reason when she is injured, and to be the voice of everything when she is Alioth. She’d probably be dead without him, literally. She’s just really stupid when it comes to social matters- around others, she is kind of shy and awkward, making inappropriate jokes and suffering with crippling social anxiety. She’s honestly probably on the spectrum somewhere, as that is more common in people with Triple X Syndrome but it never gets diagnosed in the story so take from it what you will, just know she is terrible with dealing with people socially and though she is better with Walter than anyone else, she is too awkward to notice her feelings for him or his for her. She has literally zero self-confidence, like literally negative numbers apply to her level of belief in herself, so she just dismisses Walter when he tries to share his true feelings, simply believing that he deserves so much better than her dumb and stinky ass. But, former military, she knows what it is like to look death in the face and, after losing literally everyone that she has ever known, almost losing Walter tears the wall down finally.
It’s cute. She is definitely sensitive to death, having lost her whole family when her twin brother Luther went nuts as a kid. So having to pretty much hold Walter while he’s dying absolutely destroys her so it’s enough to clear things up a bit.
Walter had to do the same so he kind of gets it. At some point before Walter almost dies, Alex almost manages to kill herself. She puts a gun under her chin and pulls the trigger. The bullet breaks her jaw and destroys her left eye when it hits the inside of her skull and shatters, so that’s why her left eye is fucked. This happens during the story so some of my older work of her shows her with both lovely blue eyes, that just means her suicide attempt hasn’t happened yet. Anyway, the point is that Walter is the one that saves her and takes care of her while she recovers, which only intensifies his feelings for her, his need to protect her at all times, he becomes incredibly overbearing after that, to the point that he gets her a dog to help protect her during the day since he cannot (again: he is a vampire, he burns up in the sunlight like the creatures in I Am Legend or Underworld maybe). That dog, Outlaw- a black and tan Central Asian Shepherd, becomes a bit of an unofficial service dog. He goes with her everywhere, especially when Walter cannot, and he becomes integral to her day to day operations. The bullet fragments did not miss her frontal cortex so, over the story she begins to have a lot of behavioral and cognitive issues, becoming forgetful, hallucinating, seizures, all of it. So Outlaw, who is calm and obedient just naturally, becomes pretty damn important.
But he can only help so much and eventually, Alex deteriorates in health to the point of no return and dies. But she is reincarnated and keeps coming back to Walter in other ways and it’s adorable I promise. For now, she is alive, but she does die eventually.
Uh… what else to say… She’s somewhere between 30 and 40 years old generally. She towers over Walter, who is a solid 8 inches shorter than her. I mentioned the accent- it’s really thick folks, and she uses a lot of funny southern euphemisms when she speaks. Even Walter has no idea what she is talking about sometimes. Oh, werewolves have a telepathic link to other wolves in their pack. Alex is technically a lone wolf as she does not belong to a pack in any official way but she and Walter are so close that they managed to form this link as well. Walter in particular can read minds so this is not that weird to him, but it is strange to see that kind of bond form between a werewolf and a creature of another species, but especially a vampire. In this world, they are natural enemies so Walter’s presence in her life is very weird.
Her favorite color is green, her theme song is probably “In For The Kill” by Triscore , and her voice sounds like this , if you are curious.
And uh…. Yeah. That’s Alex, her fursona/alter ego Alioth the street racing Hellhound, and Alpine is just the name I gave her wolf form. As a wolf she is way more aggressive and reactive, in human form she is pretty laid back, or at least she looks it. She hides her anxiety very well. She really likes sharks, she is super fast and super strong, she can swim really well, is a Pisces (birthday is March 10th), and she eats constantly, she is a garbage disposal of a person.
And this is the abridged version folks. There is A LOT to this character, I love her so much.
Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk.
Walter, I’m sure you’ve guessed, belongs to AngelOfChange
Alex and her various identities are mine
Don’t steal, I guess? Idk why you would but don’t even if you want to for some strange reason.
