Inspired by the anime Berserk to draw this. And also the Heavy Metal magazine, lol. Basically anyone who reads history books should know the Crusades were a pretty sucky time. I over-exaggerated the looks of the event, buuuut it sucked just about as much in my drawing as it did in real life. IF you develop a time travel machine, I suggest staying away from this period of time.
