I love this little guy and want to see more of him in the future. I ponder however whether he truely is English or if he was merely trying to do the accent because most pirates in media are British or French

Considering where Pip is from, "Trottingham", it's a pretty strong hint that he could very well be a british pony. I concur with more appearances of Pip, even if it has to be in the backgrounds.
