Pretty clean for flash! First best thing to pay attention to is slow ins and slow outs. So essentially, when things change direction, they slowdown and then speed up. So the area of most drawing is actually closest to the extremes. In this case it's fist out, and reverse pose where her chest is facing right. Add a few more drawings in those areas and it'll sweeten it up nicely. So on before she hits that punch pose, and one right after she hits it, then one before she lands in that front on pose, and then one right after it. You'll notice the difference instantly with just 4 more drawings.

huh, thanks Nas! I'll defiantly try that out. Some seneca teacher from Taafi gave the the ball drop physics lesson, and it didn't take too many frames. Thought I could get away using the same amount here!

Ahh yes! He's a big cool dude! People always rip on him but I liked him as a teacher. Wait, are you IN Seneca animation? I think we talked about this at TAAFI a bit, yea?

A little, yeah so far he seems pretty cool. Easy to follow steps too. And not yet, I gotta spend this year as half medic half translator. THEN to Seneca or Sheridan for animation. (I believe you went to seneca, right?)

Yea I did. The teachers are really great. Both Barney and Brian are there, but honestly you have to do a lot of personal exploration with animation and timing outside of the classroom (as most animation programs aside from Les Goblins force you to).

Yeah, so I've been told. I've been trying to do traditional animation but its really hard to keep it looking consistent. I honestly don't know how you manage to get it done on subway rides. (Lotsa grinding I guess, eh?)

Lots of shaking on the rides, but it's not so bad. I know how you feel about staying on model and stuff. But really if you do it bad enough times you're bound to get it sooner or later. That's all that happened with me. Staying on proportion and on model has always been the hardest task for animators. If you get your life drawing up, that's one thing. But then you gotta learn the character so that they at least look the way they're supposed to. I think if you animate on paper you'll level up your on-model skills more. If you don't know the process of paper to pencil animation, come out to FanExpo this year and I'll give you a quick lesson!

Deal! Can I suggest content? If it's one character, make it you doing something silly! If it's two, surprise me!
