whew boy did this take longer than I thought. I was originally just going to keep it as a cell shaded bust with a simple bg but then I started playing with brushes and lighting and suddenly it became this! I had a lot of fun doing this and can't wait to start on my next project. This is my part for an art trade I did with Raz0rEyes over on Pokemon Art/Animation amino. The character belongs to them so please do not steal or redraw him.
