Yesterday, after a while, I saw this old anime movie again, called "Windaria". Do you remember it? It was ported to the US by Harmony Gold with the name "Once Upon A Time".Every time I see this I get heartbroken by its sad story. It is a masterpiece.
So, I decided to make a small and quick fan art.

Beautiful! Even thought the movie never show how Ahnas and Jill meet, they're still one of my favoriate anime couple. I just wish the movie didn't end the way it did. *sigh*

Yes, it has a sad ending. Very sad. But for some reason I loved that movie despite its pessimistic point of view. It's love and war, after all.

Windaria is one of my most favorite anime movies from the 80s. Incredible story and plot. Also the battles are amazing. Well done! Fantastic fan art man.

I was inspired from its art back then. Maybe that was the reason I was drawn into manga and anime too.
