Awesome! Makes me really want to tackle painting metal. That brushed metal effect on the shield is especially sexy.

Thanks, Var. The shield was a real struggle to design and I'm still not entirely happy with it. But oddly enough the brushed metal effect was a snap. It's all about rocking the brush mode, particularly Overlay, with a well-textured brush.

Thanks! I'm glad the shield attracts some attention. It's the magical Shield of Shields, which can contract to the size of a buckler or expand to the size of a pavis.
