Wow this is truly a stunning piece of art!
I adore the detail you have worked out on every single spot of this paper. This leads me to the question how big this paper is. I appreciate to know the tool which you listed in your description, but I would also love to know on what sort of paper you have been drawing, and also the amount of time it took you, and since I like it personal, I would even more love to know something particular about this piece: like in what mood you where, if it was fun or drawing you crazy at certain parts, if its a gift for somebody, a decoration in your flat or house, or maybe for your portfolio?
So ahead to the picture. As I said: all the details are simply fantastic! The lips and eyes have a beautiful shape but seem a tiny bit out of proportion which creates the slight cuteness-factor in my eyes. I like the way you exaggerated so slightly that it still feels totally realistic. The parts in the face that could get even more realistic in my opinion are the eyebrows and the nose. For the eyebrows it would give a more realistic look if one could see some particular hair\brows there. Since they could be painted, this is not disturbing to me at all. Painted brows dont show the single brows as clearly as natural ones... The nose looks as if shown from a slightly different perspective which would be a bit on the righthand side of the viewer. This perspective is created through the roundness of the right wing (in viewers eyes) in contrary to the not so round shaped left wing. I suppose that you have been trying to add less light at the left side where the light comes from and shaded more on the right side. The picture looks frontal to me, and the light also seems to come form the front, so I would not bother too much about the lighting of the nose and just try to put it more or less symetrical (not entirely though otherwise it would look unnatural).
Moving on to the cap she wears: Wow, what a great texture you managed to create there. Very realistic. It also seems relaxing to me since the hair is so dark. The focus still lies on the lighter face, but the contrast would have seem overwhelming to me if there was not the cap to neutralize it (so to speak).
The hair is also gorgeously done. It looks a bit unnatural though, but rather because her hair might be styled very well than because your drawing would lack any skill or whatsoever.
All in all: a gorgeous picture of a most beautiful, pretty woman, captured in a surrounding proofing you a master of textures and detail.

As for the type of paper used - I always use regular print paper, A4. Wylona Hayashi is an inspiration to me, she has amazing pictures and every now and then I get inspired to draw some of them. The eyes and lips may seem exaggerated but she really looks like this in reality - her eyes and lips are big and she often wears black lenses. I tried to draw her as close to the original photo as possible and I think I got the proportions right, though I agree about the nose - only when I uploaded it did I see the mistake in the shading.
