Description
I created this work of paleoart in honour of the OG tanystropheus, whose outlandishly long neck was at the time of its discovery thought to possibly be a pterosaur's wing. Through this speculative reconstruction showing how pairs of tanystropheus may have taken flight not unlike a pterosaur, I aim to restore at least some of the legitimacy of this perfectly respectable initial hypothesis.
