I make them and every so often I'll have one for sale.  Utilizing an airsoft grenade shell, it shoots the 'pocket vortex' footballs, not the mini balls.

epic. me and my friend are building a 1/2 scale (or somewhere close to it) tank this winter, and stuff like this would be a cherry on top! which reminds me, I'm starting a airsoft team (Noble Team(halo ftw)), and I was wondering where you live? we could use more recrutes!

I worked at a model shop at the time, so building it really didn't cost much... just the price of materials and a LOT of R&D. The most expensive piece was the purchase of an actual demilled AT4 so I could get all the dimensions correct on the replicas. You can still find AT4 tubes on feebay from time to time.
