Description Quick sketch of these two. I got the idea after reading a thread about Tails possibly no longer having the desire to go into adventures, and since Sonic is one who stops for no one, the only one I think that can get him back in the right track instead of leaving him as just "mission control" is another character who also loves adventures but leaves no one behind: Amy.

these two seem to interact with each other in the archie comics more than they do with any of the other characters

aren't they even the same age? the other freedom fighter refer to them as "kids"

well they're both going have sidekicks(Cream the Rabbit, & T-pup) after the Countdown to Chaos arch, so maybe that'll change.

Very interesting concept here and well-drawn to boot.

I've always seen Amy as being watchful and protective of her friends. I'd hate to label her with a term like "team den mother," but she's always been sticking up/out for her friends and encouraging them to be all they can be and never give up. Applying this trait to Tails' recent lack of involvement in the games makes for an interesting character piece.

It's nice to see a side of Amy and Tails here that we don't always get to see in fanart.
