Astounding work. I like how her outline is so thick and the lines around her tiara, eyes, and skirt folds are just regular.
It's hard to place the medium in which this was drawn.
Was this all done with markers or did you use pencils for the colors? Either way it's a great piece and I think I am going to browse your gallery now.

As for what I used for the picture, I used a thin sharpie for the outlines and a wide one to make certain areas stand out a bit more. For colouring I used prismacolors from Sanford and mixed it with some pastel chalks to blend the colorign of some areas like her pink skin.

I love it! About a few years ago I saw her on some kind of art called, "Sailor Anime" w/ Cream as Sailor mini moon, Kagome as Sailor Mars, and different types of characters.
