I is working on my art trade with

I was wondering what to draw when lo and behold, i had a weird dream with strangely vivd plot and character designs. I think i shall make it into a short series some day.

the story take place in a desert country resembeling the middle east/india (think Aladdin). The blond kid Roas (pronounced like rose the flower) is the 14 year old king of the country after killing his father and brother to inherit the throne. The red head is Ruda. He is a djinn (basically an arabic demon/genie in mythology. look it up for a better explanation) but more specifically he's an Ifrit, a powerful fire djinn with wings (crazy shit). According to mythology, djinns can be enslaved by humans with the use of certain magic. In the case of this fiction, that magic is the evil eye (also prominant in arabic mythology) which Roas posesses due to his lineage.

to make a long story short (too late) Roas seeks out and takes control of Ruda (knowing him to be a powerful Ifrit) to serve as his bodyguard and guide. He represses most of Rudas djinn powers and reverts him back into a child version of himself (sounds like a nice fellow). Roas then proceeds to frame his new tutor (the narrator) for his own murder and goes lovely journey to a place in the desert called the center of time, dragging his two "friends" along with him. Did i mention Roas is an asshole?

to sum it up: Roas= evil genius boy with hidden motives. Ruda= constantly pissed off and humiliated djinn who hates Roas. Narrator= innocent bystander who likes ponies

damn that was a long explanation sorry bout that.

and im going to change Roas hair a bit cause right now he just looks like a blond Ciel from kuroshitsuji....dammit
