Not sure what to name this jutsu. At first it was going to be a wind style attack but since we've never seen Kakashi use fuuton, I changed it to lightning base.It's basically a blade of lighting that is shooting through a susanoo attack. (Susanoo's attack here is filler too)

Well... Susanoo isn't absolute defense at least his first level(with only bones) .We have already saw how Raikage break defense with only one hand... which is funny because even Kirin can not break that but that guy was need one hit lol.

Your work is incredible; very attentive to detail and the animation, I must say, is at times much better than canon animation! I absolutely love the attention to detail that you place into your work, and the amount of time you spend perfecting every frame. Your use of lighting is seriously so much better than the canon animation.
However, I have a few notes of critique: Kakashi canonically can use lightning, water, and earth. The anime gives him fire attacks that he cannot perform in the manga, so you were right to not have him use wind.
Where the first part of your video ends -- I'm assuming it's some kind of a genjutsu, as we never see Kakashi lose to Sasuke in such a way in the manga. Clearly, Kakashi is fully dressed as of Chapter 484, when he faces off with Sasuke's Susanoo.
Now, some of the attacks, while very creative and interesting, would not actually work canonically. Kakashi's suiton attacks would have required him to either produce a body of water or for him to be near a body of water, but you have him create the water out of nowhere. Assuming some of these attacks were produced because of the genjutsu, then I suppose that would make sense; but what doesn't make sense is the lack of incorporation of Kakashi's usual fighting technique. As Kakashi's fights with Zabuza, Hidan & Kakuzu, and Pain have demonstrated, Kakashi has a preference for using clones when he can and relying upon as much taijutsu as possible (as seen with the extremely long and drawn out fight with Hidan and Kakuzu) in order to prevent over-exhausting his already-low chakra reserves.
In terms of Susanoo -- from what we know from Itachi's and Sasuke's fight, it is an absolute defense and it is impossible to attack it. No attacks work on Susanoo or can reach the user. Also, the only way Kakashi was able to prevent being totally skewered by Susanoo's attack was by using Mangekyo Sharingan (Chapter 484).
Sasuke's Chidori Nagashi also doesn't work the way you've animated it, nor has he ever demonstrated that the Chidori Nagashi can be manipulated into such a complex attack. Obviously you've taken some creative liberties there, as well as with the new phoenix fire jutsu which was extremely interesting and beautiful to see in animation, and in a very exciting and visually engaging way.
However, in future animations, it might help to take into account what characters and jutsus are canonically capable of and respecting canonical fighting styles and techniques in order to produce the best work. 
In any case, keep up the incredible work. Though I've laid out some notes of concrit here, please don't take it as a sign that I think you've done a bad job -- you've actually, quite honestly, gone above and beyond anything I've ever seen from the fanbase, and are easily the best fan animator in the fandom. The truth is, you've leveled up Kakashi's and Sasuke's canon abilities, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but... if you are trying to be as true to the canon as possible, the above concrit might help in the future.

but there is the part when sasuke's susanoo was crushed by the raikage, danzo and mizukage. And i know they are all "kage" level. But was not kakashi of that level. I mean he has to be strong inorder to be thought as a hokage. Even though he did not get that status.

However, a lot of things you said aren't true. Kakashi can use suiton without a water source. He does it in his fight with Kakuzu. Also, Chidori Nagashi was used EXACTLY how it was used in canon. If you recall, Sasuke used it on Sai and Naruto and both went flying. The only jutsu we made that maybe too much is the Phoenix. But that thing was basically a flying fireball jutsu. Since we saw Kakashi use a katon in Shippuden, we gave it to him here (guy who copied a 1000 jutsus, i'd guess at least one was a fire style).
With Susanoo, we just added some filler lasers when he was going nuts just for fun. The laser is what Kakashi is cutting through here. However when Sasuke shoots the arrow at him, Kakashi will do just as he did in canon and use his MS. We know Susanoo is the ultimate defense and don't ever contradict that.
We've stayed pretty close to canon with only the susanoo lasers being 100% filler.

Ah, good point. I forgot he used suiton suijenheki in that fight, since I was thinking about how he always, 100% of the time, goes to stand on a body of water whenever he uses the suiton attack you animated. But you're right -- I take that back.

Let me be a little more specific. I was actually referring to the way the animation looked as though somehow Sasuke had wired the entire ground with lightning and that the lightning burst from below the ground (the crack in the ground, specifically), and slammed into Kakashi. Anyway, that's just a little quibble.
As I said, the anime gave Kakashi fire jutsus, the manga doesn't. But what I mentioned in terms of Kakashi's fighting style is true -- his preference for using clones strategically is definitely mentioned in his fight against Pain.
Either way, you should feel very proud of this work.

Nah, I dont want to do anything against manga rules which says Susanoo is the ultimate defense. This was more of a beam or laser it shot while going ape shit.

the only thing i saw close to peircing susanoo was raikage chop thing, the mizukages acid thing melting susanoo and danzo's wind attack when using the giant elephant thing. He made susanoo disapear. Thats the oly things i saw.

Actually its an older pen that semi stopped working lol. The pen moves the cursor but doesnt sense when I touch down to draw. So I got my mouse and everything I want to draw, I click the mouse button and move the cursor with my pen to draw. Ghetto animating is ghetto.
