One may know about it. Ask someone in dA who is interested in this kind of customization. I am just a UI designer as a hobbyist.

I actually think that is how Microsoft will implement add Aero to the Notification Bar, looks great!

I remembered the phrase saying "Design over usability, exclusively by design."
I don't think that's gonna happen when it comes to implementation, but it will follow up just like Windows 8 at any time to suit their 'app-centric' design 'agenda'*. I've tested those builds and I think that the interface sucked at that time, [you know] the min-max-exit buttons and the notification sidebar, I think that they were designed for the nearsighted, they're way too big and too high contrasted. I don't think Windows 10 will suit me anymore**. *sigh*

* And yes, I'm a Windows kind of person.
** And the reasons: It's not a good idea to create an operating system that hogs down a rare CPU I'm using. You know, that 'app'-centric environment that every OS company is facing, the 24-7 updates, the backdoor hype, and many more.
